Swetha Menon injured

Swetha Menon was today injured while shooting a fight scene for a Malayalam film, near here. The model-turned actress suffered deep cut wounds on her right hand, caused by a knife during the shooting of K M Vinu directed ‘Penpattanam’ at Shantinagar Colony. She was admitted to a private hospital and discharged after treatment, hospital sources said. Menon had won this year’s state best actress award for Mamooty-starrer Paleri Manikyam.
