Insufficient REFUND,Goa!

I HAD BOOKED THREE BERTHS IN 2ND AC BY TRAIN NO. 10216 LEAVING ERANAKULAM JN. TO MADGAON ON 20TH JUNE 2011. BOOKING ID: 0336470961; PNR: 4428682530. ON THE MORNING OF JOURNEY IRCTC SITE STATED THAT THE TRAIN IS CANCELLED AND WE WENT TO ERNAKULAM JUNCTION STATION TO CONFIRM THE CANCELLATION. SUBSEQUENTLY I CANCELLED THE TICKETS AROUND 11 AM (3 HRS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE). I WAS SURPRISED TO FIND A REUND AMOUNT OF ONLY RS 1337/- INSTEAD OF THE FULL AMOUNT OF RS. 2696. AS THE CANCELLATION WAS DONE DUE TO THE TRAIN CANCELLATION, FULL REFUND IS REQUIRED. CARE@IRCTC SAYS THAT THE TICKET WAS CANCELLED PRIOR TO OFFICIAL FLAGGING OF CANCELLATION. IF THE WEB SITE SAYS IT IS CANCELLED IS IT NOT OFFICIAL? KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ENSURE THAT I GET THE FULL REFUND.
