Insufficient REFUND,Goa!

I HAD BOOKED THREE BERTHS IN 2ND AC BY TRAIN NO. 10216 LEAVING ERANAKULAM JN. TO MADGAON ON 20TH JUNE 2011. BOOKING ID: 0336470961; PNR: 4428682530. ON THE MORNING OF JOURNEY IRCTC SITE STATED THAT THE TRAIN IS CANCELLED AND WE WENT TO ERNAKULAM JUNCTION STATION TO CONFIRM THE CANCELLATION. SUBSEQUENTLY I CANCELLED THE TICKETS AROUND 11 AM (3 HRS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE). I WAS SURPRISED TO FIND A REUND AMOUNT OF ONLY RS 1337/- INSTEAD OF THE FULL AMOUNT OF RS. 2696. AS THE CANCELLATION WAS DONE DUE TO THE TRAIN CANCELLATION, FULL REFUND IS REQUIRED. CARE@IRCTC SAYS THAT THE TICKET WAS CANCELLED PRIOR TO OFFICIAL FLAGGING OF CANCELLATION. IF THE WEB SITE SAYS IT IS CANCELLED IS IT NOT OFFICIAL? KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ENSURE THAT I GET THE FULL REFUND.

i was traviling on 27th june from kanpur to birsinghpur.i booked e ticket.My ticket was cancelled because it was it waiting list.i was not knowing that e ticket getcancelled if it is in waiting list .He charged me Rs.600 from kanpur to birsinghpur .I was not having that much money.So i agreed to pay money and to get down at Banda and book General ticket.So i paid upto banda.When i asked for excess fare ticket.he raised his hand upon me.He Threated me to take to police station.then he spoke nicely and agreed to issued it but he did not return.It was my fault but Please take action against corrupted ticket checker who are filling there pocket by cheating innocent people .

Cockroach found in the food served in Rajdhani Express AC- 1, Train No: 12301, Howrah to New Delhi on 02 July 2011.
I Lt Col Vikramjeet Singh Roperia was travelling by Rajdhani Express Train No:1 2301 from Howrah to New Delhi on 02 July 2011 in AC-1 ticket PNR No 265-0662875.
At approximately 2015 hr we were served dinner by the railway staff, when I had consumed almost half of my meal I saw a dead Cockroach in my plate , I picked it up in my hand and showed it to my co-passengers , it so happened that one of the catering staff member was also present there at that time. I would not like to exaggerate the incident any further and give as to what all took place after that………
Rajdhani Express is suppose to the pride of our nation, it’s one of those trains which sets the standard of our Railways, everyone who travels by a train, desires to travel by Rajdhani, but due to the sub-standard services provided by the catering contractor and his staff we are losing on to this pride of ours.

Poor Quality Coaches!

I had travelled in kERALA Express from BHOPALto TIRUPATI recently in in 3 Tier Ac Compartment.Its really a shame that ICRTC and Indian Railways is NOT at all maintaining Coaches. The condition of Coach was pathetic. Thousands of Cockroaches were running all over us. The policticians crow about making India world class and this is the Ground Reality. The Country is Extremely dirty and its very sad that though we all pay taxes and ticvket fare, what we get is pathetic service.How can we eat food made in ICRTC run Pantrycars? Have you alked into Pantrycar and seen the terrible dirt, grime and unhygenic conditions? The Railway minister and other politicians get special coaches andthey are unaware of the condition of trains in which general public travel.Most kerala passergers are very disciline & decent but coaches provided to kerala state Train is in Very worst condition.

sir i wrote rrb chenai SE(ELECTRICAL exam held on decembr 19. Now 5 months gone,they are doing malpractise,ie why result r delayng. Valuatiön is computerizd so wrk is very easy.look ssc,they r vry punctual.6lakh candidates reslt published in 1month.also rrb is ful of corrupt.reslt is not pure,only some roll num.all othr details r hiding

Please look at the dismal state of Triplicane railway station. Please see how it is used as a LARGE DUST BIN. More than thousand people use it daily. Please take corrective actions Immediately.

Medical service not adequate…Bangalore!

Yesterday I have travelled in Lalbagh Express from Arakkonam To Bangalore, where I saw a 10 year old girl Vomited around 5 times. No doctors were there for immediate help. When I saw train walls there are lot of advertisements for list of rules and precautions needs to follow by passengers and many unwanted advertisements. But they didnt advertised doctor contact number for atleast first aid. I had seen these king of many sick people suffered in trains. Kindly arrange this in all trains atleast for long travelling trains.

Sir,
I would like to bring to the notice that all the shops(food & beverages) in the bus-stops & Railways station are selling packaged food & beverages above the MRP.
This on asking them is said back as its because of electricity and shop rent as to why an excess amount is charged.
Why is the govt. staying blind to this kind of illegal activity and why is that no legal action has been taken till date.

Complaint against Ticket Reservation!

The booking for a train starts 90 days prior at 8 AM. For train pushpak express I was doing booking exactly 90 days before. At 5:00 am the no of seats available in 3AC were just 4.

Que 1 : How can there be just seats in 3AC?

Exactly at 7:59, when I checked the availability it was waiting 8.

Que 2 : How can this happen?

There is only 1 implication that the booking is never opened for public. All the tickets were pre booked somehow by agents and railway frauds.

Please take some action against this so that we Indians can enjoy hassle free travel
